Dr. Webster attended the University of Santo Tomas, Manila, Philippines for her Doctor of Medicine from 1981 to 1985. She received her Internship and Residency Training from Santo Tomas University Hospital, Manila, Philippines and St. Louis University Hospital, St. Louis, MO.
Dr. Webster has practiced medicine in the Alton area for the past 8 years prior to joining Illini Medical Associated in 2004.
She maintains clinic at St. Clare’s Professional Office Bldg in Alton.
