Dr. Villegas attended Medical School in the Philippines from 1956-1960. He completed his Internship and Residency Programs from St. Mary’s Hospital CT in 1963.
Dr. Villegas joined Illini Medical Associates in 2007. He maintains office hours at the Carlinville Clinic.
