 LOURDES M CRUZ, MD
PEDIATRICS
Dr. Cruz received her Doctor of Medicine from Far Eastern University Manila, Philippines in 1987. She did her rotating internship at the Armed Forces of the Philippines from 1987 -1988. She attended the S.I.U. School of Medicine Springfield, Illinois for her residency in Family Practice from September 1993 – June 1994 and her residency in Pediatrics from 1994 – 1997.
Dr. Cruz practiced Pediatrics at the Chillicothe Valley Medical Center in Chillicothe, IL and The Carlinville Physician Group prior to joining Illini Medical Associates in 2001.
